Pea soup with mint
This hearty and refreshing soup is low in calories, fat and sugar. So you can enjoy it at any time.
List of ingredients (4 people)
6 spring onions, cleaned and sliced ββ(50 g after cleaning)
300 g of frozen peas
800 ml of boiling vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves
1 scoop of Formula 1 vanilla
1 tablespoon Formula 3 PPP
Preparation:
Put the spring onions and peas in the blender. Blend the minced mint and vanilla Formula 1 in the boiling vegetable broth
and Formula 3 PPP. Season everything.
Tip: This soup tastes great with mint and half a chopped green chili.
