Pea and celery soup


Ingredient List (2 People)

1 onion
a little oil
200 g of celeriac
300 g peas (from the freezer)
1 apple
700 ml of vegetable broth
salt
pepper
100 ml of milk
15 g of butter


Preparation

Chop an onion and mix it in a little oil.

Cut the celery and apple into pieces, add the peas and put them in the pot. Add 700 ml of vegetable broth, salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes. Finally add 100ml of milk and 15g of butter and mix well
